Overview
Dalgona Coffee is Whipped coffee made by whipping instant coffee, sugar, and water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to chilled or hot milk. This coffee is made popular by a South Korean Actor and later gone viral in Tiktok and other platforms during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Dalgona Coffee is nothing but Indian 'phenti hui Coffee' or 'beaten Coffee' which is now overhyped. But truly this coffee deserves a try!
Recipe
Take 2-3 tb Spoon of instant Coffee powder to add sugar (prefer powdered Sugar) and 2-3 tb Spoon of hot water. Mix or beat the mixture until it becomes creamy, foamy and its color becomes lighter. It would take 5 minutes if using a beating machine else would take 15-20 minutes if beating by spoon.
Add this creamy mixture over hot or chilled milk. Top it with crushed biscuits, cocoa powder or coffee powder.
